Mr. Morris has more than 14 years experience in supervising and managing call
center operations and field activity. During that time he has designed and
implemented collection strategies in both first-party and third-party environments.
Mr. Morris has had 10 years experience managing accounts under the Pennsylvania
Utility Service Tenants Right Act (68 PA 399.1 et seq.)
Mr. Morris joined The Kinnamon Group in 2003 and is on loan to CPWI. In his
current position, he is responsible for developing and implementing collection
methodologies and overseeing all operational issues. He coordinates and
oversees both USTRA field activity and common-interest community related information
support programs.
Before joining The Kinnamon Group, Mr. Morris served as General
Manager-Utility for St. Hill & Associates Professional Collectors, Inc. Among his many
duties was Project Manager for collection of The Philadelphia Water Revenue
Department USTRA single-family dwelling delinquency program under the Pennsylvania Utility
Service Tenants Right Act (68 PA 399.1 et seq.).
Mr. Morris has designed, implemented,
and administered aggressive telephone and field activity for these accounts.
During his 21 months' involvement with the USTRA project, $10.5 million dollars was
collected for The Water Revenue Bureau.
Mr. Morris previously was associated with the Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW), the
largest municipally-owned natural gas utility in the county. In the
position of General Supervisor in the Collections Office, Mr. Morris was responsible for
the direction and supervision of USTRA activities. |
